【编者按】今年是《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》发布实施5周年的关键节点,在2024年全国两会召开前夕,羊城晚报国际传播栏目“Data Talk”以互联互通、科技创新和宜居宜游为主题,推出三期中英文数据动画视频,以“数据+动画”的形式,一览5年来粤港澳大湾区建设取得的成就。
港澳青年在内地就业创业的支持政策不断完善、“港澳药械通”政策落地实施、港澳居民子女内地入学越来越便利……5年来,粤港澳三地共享互惠发展、共谋民生幸福,积极拓展在教育、医疗、养老等民生领域的合作,加快打造公共服务优质、宜居宜业宜游的优质生活圈,粤港澳大湾区民众获得感、幸福感不断提升。
宜居湾区多方普惠
促进教育合作共赢
截至2022年,内地与港澳中小学、幼儿园已缔结“姊妹学校”2593对,设立“内地与港澳高校师生交流计划”项目近3000项,惠及港澳师生近10万人。
支持开展“港澳药械通”
广东省已累计获得批准临床急需进口药品26个,临床急需进口医疗器械17个,惠及患者2500多人次。
上线“湾区社保通”
港澳居民在粤参加养老、工伤、失业保险共30.62万人次,其中享受社保待遇3.55万人。
宜业湾区助力梦想
港澳青年逐梦粤港澳大湾区
超过20万港澳居民在粤工作,累计孵化港澳项目近4000个,吸纳港澳青年就业近5500人。
促进职业资格认可、标准衔接。
在旅游、医疗、建筑、教育、律师、金融、社工、专利代理8个领域,以单边认可带动双向互认,3100多名港澳专业人士取得内地注册执业资格;携手港澳制定110项“湾区标准”,涵盖食品、交通、物流等25个领域。

打造世界旅游目的地
粤港澳积极推进文化遗产保护,香港特别行政区政府拨款3亿港元推行“非物质文化遗产资助计划”;澳门历史城区列入《世界遗产名录》、澳门世界文化遗产监测中心建成并投入运作;广东打造了8个主题共44条广东省粤港澳大湾区文化遗产游径和70条广东省历史文化游径,推动大湾区成为世界旅游目的地。
旅游收入再创新高
截至023年11月,香港接待旅游30,069,674人;澳门接待游客总人数25,269,073人。仅2024年元旦假期(2023年12月30日—2024年1月1日),广东全省接待游客1447.9万人,同比增长78.1%。实现旅游收入89.0亿元,同比增长99.1%。

1.The GBA offers a livable environment that benefits multiple parties.
It promoted cooperative education for mutual benefits.
As of 2022, the Chinese mainland has established sister school relationships with 2,593 primary and secondary schools as well as kindergartens in Hong Kong and Macao. Nearly 3,000 projects have been initiated under the Mainland-Hong Kong/Macao Student Exchange Program, benefiting nearly 100,000 students and teachers from Hong Kong and Macao.
It supported the implementation of the "Hong Kong-Macao Medical Cooperation Scheme."
Guangdong Province has approved 26 urgently needed imported drugs for clinical use and 17 urgently needed imported medical devices, benefiting over 2,500 patients.
It launched the "GBA Social Security Access" program.
Residents of Hong Kong and Macao with the pension, work injury, and unemployment insurance in Guangdong Province total 306,200, with 35,500 people receiving social security benefits.
2.The GBA empowereddreams in career pursuits.
Youth from Hong Kong and Macao sought career opportunities in the GBA.
Over 200,000 residents from Hong Kong and Macao are employed in Guangdong Province, with nearly 4,000 projects incubated and nearly 5,500 young people from the two special administrative regions acquiring employment opportunities.
It promoted the mutual recognition of professional qualifications and the alignment of standards among the three cities.
In eight sectors including tourism, healthcare, construction, education, law, finance, social work, and patent agency, unilateral recognition is driving mutual recognition. More than 3,100 professionals from Hong Kong and Macao have obtained professional qualifications in the Chinese mainland. Collaborating with Hong Kong and Macao, Guangdong has developed 110 "GBA standards",covering 25 areas including food, transportation, and logistics.
3.The GBA turned its tourism blueprint into reality.
It positioned itself as a world-class tourism destination.
Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao arepreservingcultural heritage. The HK SAR government has allocated 300 million HKD for implementing the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Funding Scheme." The historic areas of Macao have been listed on the World Heritage List, and the Macao World Cultural Heritage Monitoring Center has been established and put into operation. Guangdong has developed 44 cultural heritage tourism routes and 70 historical and cultural tourism routes, establishing the Greater Bay Area as a world-class destination.
The GBA saw record-breaking tourism revenue.
As of November 2023, Hong Kong received 30,069,674 tourists, and Macao received 25,269,073 visitors. During the New Year's Day holiday in 2024 (from December 30, 2023, to January 1, 2024), Guangdong Province welcomed 14.479 million tourists, a year-on-year increase of 78.1%. Tourism revenue of the province reached 8.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 99.1%.
